Salary Range: $90000 to $110000 Per Year

Base Salary: USD $90,000 to $110,000 + PAID Relocation We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our client's team and oversee a plant in Davenport, IA. Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance services across multiple departments, focusing on safety, productivity, and cost control.
• Manage Central Shops including Machine, Truck Repair, and Roll Shops, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to goals.
• Oversee a team of approximately 10 salaried staff and 100 hourly workers, providing supervision and support for skill development.
• Drive environmental, health, and safety initiatives alongside cost-saving measures within the department.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for departmental growth and improvement.
• Establish and monitor annual objectives and metrics to track progress.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with peers and leadership to align departmental goals with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management within manufacturing.
• Proven track record of leading teams to achieve targeted results and cost reductions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to travel on occasion

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience managing budgets exceeding $50M annually and leading union negotiations.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
