Electrical Engineer
Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill OR Greensboro-Winston Salem-High Point, NC
Direct Hire / Permanent Placement
$90k – $150k, REMOTE, Bonuses, Full benefits (med, dent, vision), 401k match, 5k sign-on Bonus
THE CLIENT
This particular client is a mid-sized (200-500 ppl, 7+ offices) firm who work on large-scale, complex building systems in healthcare, hospitality, retail / restaurant, industrial, multi-unit residential, hi-rise, and commercial offices.
OVERVIEW
The ideal Candidate will want to run projects and mentor junior engineers and grow into a Discipline leader and then move upwards from there.
ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Electrical design of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm in accordance to NEC codes and standards
- Electrical equipment calcs, selection, and layout of switchgear, transformers, electrical panels and emergency generators
- Large scale and Complex building projects
- Project Management
- Site visits, Site Surveys, respond to RFIs, and reviewing shop drawings
- Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, COMCheck, AGI 32
- Degreed BSEE BSAE or equivalent
- EIT, PE, LEED Preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience
