Job Description
Shift: Day Shift (6 AM - 7 PM)

Pay Rate: $45/hour, RN

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced nurses to join our team in a correctional facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to the incarcerated population while maintaining a safe and secure environment. This position requires the ability to work three shifts a week, including rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients' health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to facility protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in [SC].
• Previous experience in a correctional or similar healthcare setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment.

Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available to work three shifts per week.
• Rotating weekend shifts are mandatory
