Water Wastewater Department Head

Our client, a rapidly growing full-service engineering firm, is seeking an experienced Water & Wastewater Department Head. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of water and wastewater engineering projects, including planning, design, permitting, and construction administration. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, business development experience, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions for municipal and private clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Water & Wastewater department, ensuring successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business growth.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to a team of engineers and designers.
• Stay up to date on industry regulations, trends, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong business development and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
