Entry-Level Production Crew Member

Position Overview :

This role is vital to our production team, ensuring that goals are achieved safely and efficiently while adhering to company policies. As a Production Crew Member, you will be responsible for processing vehicles to produce both core and scrap materials, assist customers in accessing parts, and meet environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, setting a standard for your teammates.
• Degarbage : Safely remove hazardous materials such as Freon, batteries, and excess waste as per company guidelines.
• Drain : Extract fluids from vehicles, including gasoline, coolant, and oils, following prescribed procedures.
• Set & Pull : Position vehicles on wheel stands for customer access to parts, and clean areas after removal of vehicles.
• Field Decore : Loosen and remove motor and transmission mounts along with remaining tires and core items.
• Ground Decore : Dismantle specified vehicle components while ensuring a clean work environment.
• Table Decore : Disassemble engines and transmissions, and manage small core materials and materials sorting.
• Tire Dismantling : Utilize equipment to separate tires from wheels, and prepare them for shipment.
• Janitorial Duties : Keep the workspace clean and free of debris, ensuring safety in the customer area.
• Miscellaneous : Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate logs and records.
