Facility Condition Assessment Specialist

A company is looking for a Facility Condition Assessment Report Quality Control Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Review facility condition and asset data for content, structure, and quality, identifying anomalies and inconsistencies

Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to quality standards and metrics for client deliverables

Identify and rectify errors and inconsistencies within facility condition assessment datasets

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree (AA / AS), College Diploma, or equivalent preferred

Minimum of three years of related experience or five years of experience without a degree

Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction field is preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products

Basic understanding of architectural, mechanical, and electrical equipment and features
