Positional Overview
The Imagine Group is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with various government benefits and account inquiries related to debit cards. The ideal candidate is a compassionate problem-solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping individuals navigate their benefits and account-related questions.
Role & Responsibility:
Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success
- Handle inbound calls from customers, averaging 60-100+ calls per day.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers’ concerns regarding government benefits and debit card account inquiries.
- Assist customers with a variety of state-specific programs, including food stamps, child support, unemployment, Social Security disability, and Veteran’s assistance and account inquiries related to debit cards.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries in a professional, empathetic, and efficient manner.
- Follow established protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
- Accurately document customer interactions, including inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
