Requirements: (Must Have to Apply)

• Must be dependable and punctual

• Valid Driver's license and insurance (your own)

• CPR/First Aid Certificate

• Valid TB test

• 1 or more years of verifiable caregiving experience

• Certification(s) highly recommended

• Ability to commit to flexible hours

• Must be 18 years of age or older; More than 2 years of driving experience for driving cases.

• Must have the ability to successfully pass background check with Arizona Central Registry, Arizona Adult Protective Services and obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance
