Santa Maria Costco | Sales Rep | $22-$24/hr + DAILY BONUS!!

WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THE SANTA MARIA COSTCO LOCATION!

Seeking positive, energetic, and sales-focused professionals who can be passionate brand ambassadors!

This is a fantastic opportunity selling nutritional supplements made by Qunol and Zena Nutrition.

Are you highly motivated by goals, love interacting with people and known to be a self-starter?

Representatives will be trained to encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our NEW Super greens, Liquid Collagen, Creatine/D3 Gummies, CoQ10, and various Turmeric products!

Available Demo Hours:

• 10am - 5:00pm ~ All days available!
• We especially need people for weekends!
• This sales job is ideal for people looking to supplement their income with part time work.

Compensation:

• Starting at $­­­­­22-24 an hour plus BONUS based on surpassing sale quotas W-2 Employment We provide a promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit!
• Our average brand ambassadors make $300+ per day.
• Our top brand ambassadors are making $400+ per day!

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

• Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
• Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
• Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager.
• Must be able to lift-up to 15 pounds.
• Examples of lifting would include lifting a folding table, lifting product off the shelf, lifting a box of demonstration supplies etc.
• Must be able to lift and carry a 4 X 2’ folding table from the parking lot to the store and then back to your car at the end of the shift.
• The table weighs approximately 15 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended stretches of time.
• Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location.

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality, ability to approach and talk to customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience with direct sales.
• Email and basic computer / mobile device skills.
