We’re looking to hire driven, energetic sales professionals to help us expand our reach and impact. About the Role As a Outside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving ForgeFit’s growth by connecting with gym owners, fitness directors, and training facility managers.
Your mission :
identify their needs, present tailored equipment solutions, and build lasting relationships that power their success, and ours. What You’ll Do Prospect, qualify, and close new business with gyms and fitness centers across the country Build and manage a pipeline of warm and cold leads using CRM tools Deliver consultative product presentations and solutions via phone, video, and email Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and customer satisfaction Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs What We’re Looking For 1+ years of sales experience (B2B or fitness / health-related a plus) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with outbound outreach and closing sales virtually Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized Passion for fitness or knowledge of gym equipment is a bonus What We Offer Competitive base pay + commission (uncapped earning potential) Flexibility with a supportive team culture Onboarding and product training Opportunities for growth and advancement A chance to represent a brand that stands behind its products and partners Ready to help gyms get stronger with ForgeFit?
