Summit Design + Build is looking for aField Engineer to support a commercial / multifamily project in North Carolina that is in its final stages. This is a project-based role focused heavily on field coordination, punchlist, and close-out activities. Its a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on site experience and to support a project through completion.

What You Will Do :

As a Field Engineer at Summit, you will :

• Provide on-site support to the Superintendent and project team during the final phase of construction.
• Assist with punchlist tracking, coordination, and close-out activities.
• Support field inspections, walkthroughs, and quality control efforts.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of remaining work.
• Help track field issues, RFIs, and minor scope adjustments as needed.
• Maintain daily field documentation and assist with project close-out deliverables.
• Be present in the field daily and support day-to-day jobsite needs.
