Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the long-term product strategy for the Client Support tooling ecosystem
Lead the product strategy for customer-facing contact surfaces to enhance automation and efficiency
Translate operational challenges into prioritized product requirements and measurable outcomes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on internal tooling or customer service technology
Strong understanding of the impact of internal tools on operational efficiency and client outcomes
Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting complex operational data
Sufficient technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
BA / BS degree or equivalent experience
