Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision and long-term product roadmaps Establishes Epics or initiatives that are aligned to strategic goals and deliver upon the product strategy. Champions strong product management and agile mindsets and values by actively communicating team wins and opportunities Establishes high performing delivery teams by growing, coaching, and maintaining quality Required Qualifications 10+ years required experience in software development, with demonstrated success shipping software through multiple releases managing the entire lifecycle from discovery to launch in an agile environment. 5+ years of required experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager with a focus on product strategy, vision, and roadmaps. 5+ years of experience in building and managing technical product teams using Agile framework 5+ years of experience in healthcare Payor domain 3+ years of experience coaching, mentoring or leading a team of business analysts & product owners, scrum masters. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a growth mindset focused on agility and development. General understanding of core programming and computer science concepts, including Cloud and AI/ML Experience with Application /Database Migration, Modernization to Cloud, Digital Transformation Advanced oral and written communication skills, influencing stakeholders across levels.
