As a Civil Engineer at STE, youll play a key role in designing and delivering impactful civil engineering projects that define South Floridas landscape. What Youll Do

  • Design and prepare civil engineering plans, drawings, and specifications for land development and municipal projects.
  • Manage permitting processes with city, county, state, and federal agencies.
  • Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and due diligence reports.
  • Provide cost estimating, project scheduling, and technical coordination support.
  • Oversee active construction projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to achieve design and performance goals.

Qualifications : What Youll Bring

  • Education : Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Professional Engineer license preferred).
  • Experience : Proven track record in land development, stormwater management, or municipal engineering.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related design tools.
  • Knowledge : Strong grasp of Florida building codes, environmental regulations, and permitting standards.
  • Soft Skills : Excellent communication, time management, and analytical thinking abilities.
