Omni Viking Lakes Valet Staff at SPLIT ROCK PARKING

Split Rock Parking, located primarily in the Twin Cities is looking for VALET staff to join our hospitality team. We are currently looking for valets to join our team at The Omni Viking Lakes Hotel. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, reliable and ready to work. We have multiple openings in Saint Paul, Minnesota & Eagan, Minnesota. Our portfolio consists of high end hotels, Mall of America and upscale restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and make them feel at home
• Answer any questions visitors may have and provide suggestions as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for colleagues and visitors
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Checking in Guests with our provided devices in an efficient & professional manner.
• Parking our guests vehicles in a fast and safe manner.

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled colleagues and clientele
• Highly adaptable to various situations and visitor needs
• Ability to problem solve quickly and find effective solutions to issues that arise
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Clean & Professional driving Record
