A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead complex implementations for TMCs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the on-time and within-scope technical implementation for TMCs and their customers

Facilitate discovery and scoping sessions for one-time and multi-phased implementations

Advise TMCs and their customers on technical best practices and maintain project plans

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical implementation roles

Deep understanding of SSO, ADFS, SFTP, and API integrations

Experience leading VAT and UAT phases of implementation

Working knowledge of the corporate travel industry

Ability to manage multiple work streams and work cross-functionally
