Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Work Details :

• Facility Type : hospital; Level II
• Practice Setting : OR
• EMR / Charting Software : Epic
• Avg. Daily Census : 3-7 cases per day
• Patient Age Group : adult
• Procedures : No hearts. No peds (they have a pediatric team that does 90% of the peds cases). Mostly general and neuro. Ability to do Spinal Anesthesia : preferred. Willing to work OB : preferred.

Support Staff for nights : 3 CRNAs in house on nights and a peds CRNA on call and heart CRNA on call. There is one in house MD. Typically will allow 2 OR rooms at night with one CRNA available for OB emergencies and traumas. When not working they have call rooms they can sleep in.
