Seeking a motivated and outgoing individual in this sales role to help current and new clients find the right coverage to protect what matters most - families, businesses and their futures. Property and Casualty license and/or the Life, Accident and Health license is required. We will pay for the licensing costs and help with training the right individual.

Responsibilities
-Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
-develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
-generate new business through networking, referrals and working with current book of business
-provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
Property and Casualty license is preferred, but not required at the time of hire. We will pay and train the right individual.
-Great communication and interpersonal skills
-Positive attitude and goal oriented
-sales and/or customer service experience is a plus
