Job Description

Long-Lewis Corporate is looking for a detail-oriented, organized team member to join our Sales Accounting department. If you enjoy structure, accuracy, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this might be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll take care of the daily and weekly tasks that keep sales accounting on track across all Long-Lewis stores. Your routine will include :

  • Daily Invoices & Stock Numbers
  • Stock-In Processing
  • Weekly Delivered Unit Check
  • Posting Internal Transfers
  • FCTP Write-Downs
  • Monthly Dealer Pay Statements
  • Posting Weekly Vincent Reports
  • Posting GM Activity Statements

If you like checking things off throughout the day and helping keep data clean and accurate, you’ll fit right in.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with Excel and general office software
  • Good communication skills across departments
  • Ability to manage daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
  • Accounting or finance experience is helpful but not required
  • Willingness to learn new systems as processes change
