Essential Duties of the Floating Apartment Leasing Agent :

• Work between two properties that are located within 5 minutes from each other.
• Stand up, greet, qualify and "close" prospects
• Assist in maintaining an active and effective social media presence for the property to enhance visibility and engagement
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by promptly responding to complaints, questions, and requests and taking appropriate actions to resolve service issues
• Creating social media content and marketing materials to promote the community
• Marketing / social media content creation experience preferred
• GREAT commission opportunities
• Verify application and process paperwork
• Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections
• Generate traffic for the property by performing outreach
• Keep current residents happy by conducting functions and maintaining strong customer service
• Assist the property manager and leasing manager as needed
• There are 216 Units at Fossil Hill and 252 Units at Sandshell at Fossil Creek
