This is a fully on-site position, Monday through Friday, at our corporate HQ in Tempe, Arizona.

About the team and position

Ready to make a massive impact? We are growing our team to own a critical element of our business : the Vehicle Details Page on marketplace.adesa.com. This is your chance to shape the core experience where thousands of wholesale dealers find and purchase vehicles daily in our exciting, fast-paced timed sales. We're obsessed with performance, pushing for best-in-class load times and a world-class user experience on a platform that has seen 100x search volume growth in just two years. You'll tackle fun, complex engineering challenges using a modern stack (React, NX, Module Federation, C#, GraphQL, Azure) and see your work directly influence the success of a marketplace that is THE digital future of ADESA and Carvana.

What you'll be doing

• Lead your team in developing and operating our customer experience platform while diving deep with internal partners to launch new products
• Hire and develop your engineers, helping them learn and achieve their own goals while holding them - and yourself - to high engineering standards
• Develop efficient processes, ensuring the engineering team is operating with high velocity, quality, and ownership
• Focus your team on increasing resiliency and uptime while decreasing the blast radius of software changes and tracking and improving customer-facing metrics
• Work with our product, design, business, and operations teams to develop resilient solutions while driving impact for our car purchasing experience
