Power Application Analyst

Pay : $60-75 per hour Work Mode : Hybrid Role Responsibilities : Develop new or maintain existing power applications supporting complex business processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable low-code solutions with strong usability and performance. Implement Power Automate flows to automate workflows. Manage small to large-size projects. Apply Power Platform governance, documentation, security, and best practices, including environment management and role-based access. Requirements : Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent work experience required. Minimum 4 years of related work experience. Required Skills : Power Application Experience Power Automate Experience Python Experience Preferred Skills : MBA or graduate degree Advanced understanding of fundamental analysis and what-if modeling concepts Creative problem-solving skills to develop solutions Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to justify any business changes Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver findings and recommendations to various levels of management Strong project management knowledge and skills to lead project teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Visio or similar software Advanced Power Platform and Power Automate Experience
