A company is looking for a Content Writer (contract) to create compelling written narratives that showcase customer and partner success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive case studies documenting customer implementations and success stories

Collaborate with program partners and customers to gather technical specifications and subject material

Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously while adhering to quarterly deadlines

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of professional writing and editing experience

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with business management software platforms

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, English, journalism, or communications

Demonstrated experience creating documentation for technical audiences

Prior experience working with technology companies preferred
