This full-time, in-office role is perfect for a designer who not only produces stunning visuals but also leads with clarity, mentors others, and brings structure and innovation to design processes. Position Overview

As the Senior Web Designer , you’ll guide and elevate all creative output across the agency. You’ll lead by example in designing high-quality digital assets for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns, while also mentoring junior designers, standardizing design systems, and helping improve internal processes.

You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure our work is visually impactful, aligned with client goals, and optimized for performance. Your influence will shape our brand’s visual direction—and the future of our design team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction and execution of digital design projects
  • Website design through Wordpress, using Elementor builder
  • Graphic design for various client, and internal, marketing materials
  • Mentor, train, and provide feedback to design team
  • Establish and maintain design systems, processes, and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creative strategy and project planning
  • Design standout visuals aligned with UX / UI best practices and brand strategy
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies
  • Help build and scale the design department to support company growth

    • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital design, with agency or team leadership preferred
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of web and digital marketing projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Solid understanding of UX / UI principles, web layout, and responsive design
  • Experience training or mentoring junior team members
  • Familiarity with HTML / CSS and how design interacts with development
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, or relatable experience)
  • Background in branding or art direction
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills
  • Experience building design systems or creative operations processes

    • Salary & Schedule

  • Starting at $55000 annually
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Location : On-site in Fort Collins, CO
  • Candidates must be able to commute or plan to relocate before starting
