A company is looking for an Onboarding Support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding 20,000 new employees by setting up computers and providing configuration and provisioning support
Address connectivity and access issues for new hires
Handle inbound calls in a busy call center environment, managing 300-400 calls per week
Required Qualifications
Experience in the financial services industry
Ability to work remotely during Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Comfortable in a high-volume call center environment
Technical skills for imaging and deploying new hire assets
Polite and effective communication skills
