Recovery Coach

In this role, our Certified Peer Recovery Specialist will be responsible for providing critical support to individuals and families, fostering a safe environment that promotes rehabilitation and recovery. Through active listening and empathy, they will help identify and address personal strengths and barriers, empowering them to achieve independence.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of patient safety policies and procedures.

Actively contribute to proactive patient safety initiatives, challenging existing protocols when necessary.

Swiftly report and mitigate any environmental hazards posing a risk to patient well-being.

Promptly escalate any concerns regarding patient safety.

Cultivate a culture of open communication, encouraging patients to take an active role in their care.

Requirements :

Highest level of education : High School diploma or equivalent.

A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
