Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to establish quality standards for materials, processes, and finished products.
• Prepare and maintain documentation including quality plans, inspection reports, and corrective action records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, and FMEA.
• Interface with customers and regulatory bodies during audits and reviews.
• Interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications and confer with engineering staff to determine quality standards.
• Prepare corrective action responses, Auditing over various departments, problem solving for permanent corrective actions, and lead problem solving activities.
• Manage internal and external customer drawings and specifications.
• Demonstrate and deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring timely release of control of configuration management documents, responses, and data.
• Prepare FAI and source inspection reports for internal and external customers
• Provide technical support to both internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Support quality assurance procedures, policies, and standards.
• Actively support Cost-Out, Scrap / Rework reduction & improved First Pass Yield site goals and objectives
