A company is looking for an Escalation Response Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely resolutions to escalated issues from various communication channels
Maintain relationships between departments to ensure appropriate issue resolution
Support root cause analysis of member / provider issues and develop recommendations to enhance experiences
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
1 - 2 years of related experience required
Vocational or technical education may be required
Experience with Medicare, call center, and billing is highly preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
