Job Description :

What will you work on

The Senior Packaging Designer works closely with the Director Brand Design on brand design initiatives for our Wheels & Action category.

How will you create impact

• Working under the art direction of the VP Design you will create branding and packaging design concepts that support brand strategies.
• Work with production team to ensure integrity of design in final deliverables.
• Solicit creative direction from key team members on the product development team and marketing team in a timely manner.
• Develop marketing support materials creative boards and layout presentations for new and existing business development presentations
• Develop digital marketing assets where required.
• Collaborate with Production Structural Engineering Marketing Quality Control and Product Development teams as well as overseas agents as necessary in the package development and approval process.
• With support from the photo studio team direct and manage photoshoots when needed for packaging development
• Manage 1-2 freelance designers

What are your skills and experience

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in California is $85000 to $95000 USD per annum. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job years of experience within the required industry education etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
