Job Description:

Functional Consultant with 12+ years of overall experience in IT and in Contact Center /Call Centre business processes
Experience in Life Science specialty pharma contact center case management processes
Good Knowledge of Chatbot or any cognitive solution experience
Extensive experience with Business and IT stakeholders defining new strategies and road map creation for some of the key initiatives in Commercial Pharma / Specialty Pharma
- Similar experience in Patient ecosystem in healthcare
