Proficient in the use of measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual and conventional machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
- Perform quality checks on finished products using precision measuring instruments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
- Assist in the development of new machining processes and techniques to improve efficiency.
- Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Qualifications
