Team Leadership : Hire, manage, and guide contractors and construction teams. Quality Assurance : Oversee construction quality, addressing issues to uphold standards. Compliance & Safety : Enforce health and safety regulations across job sites. Reporting : Provide detailed progress reports to stakeholders. Required : Strong knowledge of construction procedures, estimation, materials, and project management tools. Familiarity with health, safety, and quality standards. Proficient in MS Office and project management software. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Preferred : Bilingual in English and Spanish.
