People Data Analyst

Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing manufacturing and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What youll do :

• Organize clean and combine structured and unstructured data from a variety of different sources and identify data quality improvements
• Partner with Finance and People Operations teams to develop and manage processes within the headcount tracking and management that aid in workforce forecasts with various stakeholders
• Lead evaluate and manage all People related systems and tools in order to enable the team to work at optimal operational efficiency
• Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and presentation of data to develop visually compelling and informative reports and dashboards
• Execute current people analytics deliverables along with innovating for future efficiency
• Supports other People related programs or ad hoc requests
