Our client is seeking an analytical, detail-driven Estimator to join their team and support a diverse pipeline of exciting commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial construction projects.
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine scope and cost.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the bid process.
  • Perform quantity takeoffs, evaluate proposals, and support bid presentations.
  • Ensure estimates align with project goals, budget requirements, and timelines.

    • Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of estimating experience within commercial construction.
  • Dallas market experience strongly preferred due to local subcontractor and cost knowledge.
  • Experience estimating commercial projects in sectors such as K-12, municipal, industrial, healthcare, or office.
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and materials.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
