Bulge Bracket - Technology Investment Banking - Associates and Vice Presidents

Metis Search are currently partnered with a leading Bulge Bracket Investment Bank who are adding Associates and Vice Presidents to their Technology group in San Francisco.

I'm specifically looking to connect with Associates and Vice Presidents who have a strong Tech / Software M&A background - based in the SF region or family ties to the area is preferred.

Applicants should have the following credentials :

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technology investment banking experience with transaction execution experience;
• Tech / Software M&A experience;
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship of work visa;
• Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMs etc.
• Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis;
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, both verbal and written;
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence.
