Associate Veterinarian

We are recruiting for a Full Time Veterinarian for growing chain of hospitals based in South Florida.

The hospital offers high quality veterinary medicine at an affordable price. For that they offer the most recent technology in laboratory and imaging

They hospitals want their doctor to feel they own the business, for that they offer performance bonus, and an open channel with management for requests and suggestions. Doctors can focus only in performing their job and management will do all the rest.

Qualifications:

• DVM degree from an accredited university
• License in good standing to practice in the state of Florida
• Professional comportment an appearance
• Ability to make decisions and communicate clearly with team members
• Commitment to practice high quality medicine
• Proficiency in surgery is highly appreciated, but not a deal breaker
• Maintain controlled substance logs according to DEA rules and regulations.
• Doctor will be required to transfer DEA licenses to reflect the location in which he/she is assigned to work at.

Compensation:

• Base: up to $120k, depending on experience.
• Doctor will be paid $60 per hour for extra hours.
• Bonus: The greater of base salary or 17% of Dr’s performance
• Health insurance and 401k
• 15 days paid vacation
• Up to $2k annually for continuing education
• Paid Membership, dues and licenses fees related to AVMA, or AVMA PLIT.
• Paid DEA License
