Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative at TMZ Events, you’ll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional support and assistance to our clients and guests. Your role will be to ensure a seamless and positive experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Resolve issues and address concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of our events and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Process customer orders, payments, and refunds when necessary.
- Document interactions and updates in the customer service database.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide solutions and improve service efficiency.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer feedback to help improve our service.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer service software.
