Sales Executive

C.H. Robinson sucht nach einem Sales Executive. In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich fr den Ausbau unserer Global Forwarding-Services durch die Gewinnung neuer, profitabler und langfristiger Kunden. Als Sales Executive entwickelst du gezielt neue Geschftschancen und erweiterst kontinuierlich dein Kundenportfolio. Du bist ein Teamplayer, frderst eine positive Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Operations und anderen Funktionen. Wir erwarten, dass du eigenstndig zu deinem regionalen Team beitrgst, regelmig deine Umsatzziele erreichst und Best Practices teilst, um zum Erfolg des Vertriebsteams und der Niederlassung beizutragen.

Geniee die Flexibilitt und Eigenstndigkeit einer vollstndig remote ausgebten Position und sei dennoch ein wichtiger Teil unseres dynamischen Teams.

Aufgaben Und Zustndigkeiten

Die Aufgaben und Zustndigkeiten dieser Position umfassen unter anderem Folgendes :

  • Anbahnung, Planung und Durchfhrung von persnlichen Besuchen bei potenziellen Neukunden im Vertriebsgebiet deiner Niederlassung
  • Vereinbarung von mindestens 8 persnlichen Meetings pro Woche mit potenziellen Kunden und Bestandskunden. Kontakt mit potenziellen Kunden und Bestandskunden an 3 bis 4 Tagen pro Woche ist zu erwarten
  • Targeting und Gewinnung von mittleren bis groen potenziellen Kunden
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung (mindestens wchentlich) unseres CRM-Systems (Opportunity Management)
  • Aktive Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen und Gewhrleistung des fortgesetzten Erfolgs von Accounts mit einem lokal zugewiesenen Account Executive / Account Manager
  • Nachfassen und Bearbeitung von Sales Leads, die von Niederlassungen im Ausland generiert oder von deinem Sales Manager zugewiesen wurden
  • Teilnahme an Schulungen zur Vertiefung der relevanten Kenntnisse und Skills
  • Koordinierung von Angeboten mit deinem Sales Coordinator (wenn vorhanden) und Untersttzung bei der bergabe von Neukunden an den lokalen Account Executive / Account Manager

Anforderungen

Erforderlich :

  • Sales-Erfahrung im Bereich Global Freight Forwarding (Air & Ocean)
  • Besonders berzeugende, reife Persnlichkeit mit herausragender Kommunikationsfertigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick auf allen Ebenen
  • Proaktiv, detailorientiert und neugierig
  • Eigenmotivierte, ergebnisorientierte Persnlichkeit mit einer positiven Einstellung und einem klaren Schwerpunkt auf hoher Qualitt und Profitabilitt
  • Robuster Team Player
  • Ausgeprgtes Gespr fr Geschftschancen sowie deren aktive Verfolgung
  • Aufbau und Pflege fester unternehmensbergreifender Beziehungen
  • Flieende Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache erforderlich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Excel und PowerPoint
