A company is looking for a Hybrid Pharmacist - Retail / Remote in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

Perform pharmacist tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management

Enhance patient experience through healthcare services, patient consultations, and resolving customer queries

Conduct centralized support for patient registration and issue resolution while maintaining relationships with medical providers

Required Qualifications

BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution

Current Pharmacist license as granted by the appropriate state licensing authority

Experience in prescription dispensing activities and knowledge of state and federal controlled substance laws

Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire

Ability to work effectively in various work environments including Centralized Services and Retail Pharmacy
