Architectural BIM Technician (New Graduate)

Studio 483 Architects is seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Technician with 5+ years relevant experience, to serve as a project team member. Possess a strong portfolio of previous projects showing creativity and problem solving.

Position Overview:

• Work collaboratively with project leadership and team members across all disciplines.
• Consultant interactions.
• Produce accurate technical and contract documentation.
• Assist in creating inspired design solutions in a collaborative environment.

Skills:

• A solid foundation in architectural practice and BIM technology capability.
• Experience being involved in various aspects of projects, including project coordination, documentation, and ensuring alignment with project goals and schedules.
• Ability to contribute to architectural design process, supporting development of concepts and translating ideas into design solutions.
• Technical knowledge in architectural design principles, building codes, Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Suite necessary. Experience with SketchUp and Enscape a plus but not required.
• Ability to work as a team, contributing to our cohesive and effective work environment.
• People skills are a must in this position, as you will be interfacing with contractors and consultants as a representative of Studio 483.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Experience working in an architectural office a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
