The International College of Health Sciences (ICHS) is seeking dedicated and skilled Pediatric Clinical Instructor to join our academic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced nursing professionals to instruct and supervise nursing students in pediatric clinical patient care settings. Located in the vibrant Palm Beach County area of Florida, ICHS is dedicated to shaping the future of healthcare professionals through innovative educational approaches.

Availability / Schedule : Monday - Friday, Full-Time 6 : 45 AM to 3 : 15 PM.

Purpose

The Pediatric Clinical Instructor provides direct supervision and instruction to nursing students during their clinical rotations in pediatric patient care environments. This role ensures students develop practical skills, clinical judgment, and professional behaviors necessary for safe and effective pediatric patient care.

Responsibilities

Clinical Instruction & Supervision

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing students in pediatric clinical settings
• Demonstrate and teach best practices in pediatric nursing care
• Ensure student compliance with clinical site policies and procedures
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and document student performance
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
