Summary of Position

As our Receptionist,you would serve as a front-line representative for the dealership. You would bean integral part of creating valuable, lifelong customer relationships and would directly impact the customer experience at Knudtsen Chevrolet. The Receptionist should be a people person that is willing and able to learn new things and is motivated to perform well in their position. Continuing product, process, and service specific training would be provided.

Hours / Shift will be Monday - Thursday, 8 : 00 am - 7 : 00 pm (one hour unpaid lunch)

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the Receptionist will typically be in an office setting. The Receptionist is frequently required to operate a computer and file and retrieve written documents. The physical demands include, but are not limited to, standing, sitting, walking, lifting (5-20 pounds), carrying (5-20 pounds), reaching, handling, kneeling, crouching and bending. The Receptionist must be able to speak, listen and see. Clerical positions can be stressful at times as issues may arise with customers or teammates.

Team Members regularly works 40 hours per week. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member will typically be in an office setting. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and / or humid conditions, outside weather conditions and combustibles. Fast paced working environment at times, but typically the environment is quiet and calm. The noise level in the work environment is quiet to moderately loud. If walking through the service areas can be exposed to loud noises and dangerous work environments.
