Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in Java, Spring MVC, and HTML technologies. They will play a critical role in leading a team of developers, designing and implementing software solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in the design and development of java based applications using spring mvc framework.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Perform code reviews, identify technical risks, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.
