GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Commercial & Golf Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the full marketing approach and subsequent support of Club Car’s B2B programs. This role requires a deep understanding of the Club Car brand as well as the B2B marketing landscape to identify paths that showcase our points of differentiation and accelerate sales opportunities. They will be the voice of the Commercial & Golf verticals, ensuring accurate and compelling materials across all marketing communications, events and campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B or product marketing, with the ability to craft go-to-market strategies, support digital and traditional marketing initiatives and help position Club Car as a leader in commercial utility and fleet golf solutions. They will be a creative self-starter with a talent for drawing insights from data and are adept communicators as they navigate multiple projects and multiple stakeholders.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Grow Market Demand & Drive Revenue Preference
- Develop and execute Commercial & Golf marketing campaigns aligned to vertical goals, budgets, and deliverables.
- Craft data‑driven marketing strategies grounded in customer, market, product, and timing insights.
- Establish KPIs and track performance metrics across all marketing channels.
- Facilitate and analyze research and data to identify trends, opportunities, and strategies.
Build & Deliver High‑Quality, On‑Brand Marketing Assets
- Coordinate development of Commercial & Golf collateral and materials, from content capture to approvals and distribution with product and creative services teams.
- Translate product features into compelling customer‑centric benefits that drive preference and purchase decisions.
- Ensure all Commercial & Golf marketing deliverables and content portals are accurate, current and adhere to brand and product guidelines.
- Lead creation of blogs, email campaigns, case studies, white papers, and social media content.
Execute & Optimize Program Deliverables
- Lead all logistics for Commercial & Golf events from concept through post‑event communication.
- Oversee planning, execution, and administration of Commercial & Golf co‑op programs to ensure compliance, best‑practice sharing, and effective fund utilization.
- Manage budget and financial processes, including invoice reconciliation and tracking to budget.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field.
Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing or product management or business development
- At least 2+ years’ experience in a B2B-focused marketing role or comparable function
- At least 1+ years’ experience in an event execution role or project management function
- Previous experience managing budgets and financial information is a plus
