[job_card.job_description]Total Annual Compensation Package : $70,000 - $110,000 potential annual income Generous starting base salary of $65,000 annually Earn commission on sold orders from day one Company vehicle Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision & Life insurance Paid holidays, vacation and personal time 401K eligibility after 1 year General Duties : Positively increase the sales revenue and profitability of the organization, through quality customer service as well as expanding the customer base. Determine, generate, and capture the sales outside of the organization, primarily through commercial property management companies and commercial projects. Identify ways to attract more prospects. Work to build a “book of business” and prove to potential clients that S&G is the right choice for their floor covering needs. Maintain existing accounts and ensure their satisfaction with S&G services. Develop sales tools and strategies that target key multi-family and commercial decision-makers.
