Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation for new teams, customizing onboarding for various organizational sizes
Manage the commercial renewal process for enterprise accounts, utilizing financial modeling to secure partnerships
Build strong relationships with General Counsels and Legal Ops leaders, advocating for their needs
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a Customer Success Manager, Account Management, or Implementation role, preferably in B2B SaaS
Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
Comfortable with financial modeling and data analysis
Curiosity for AI and proficiency in navigating technical platforms
Ability to identify and address core customer pain points effectively
