Key Responsibilities
Review customer contracts and extract necessary terms for subcontractors
Develop and send contract templates to subcontractors, ensuring compliance with customer requirements
Monitor contract document lifecycle and conduct outreach to ensure timely signing by subcontractors
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5 years of experience in contract administration
Bachelor's degree in business administration is highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Knowledge of customer service and supply chain management principles
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
