Description du Poste

Le (a) Charg (e) de projets snior assure la planification, la coordination et la gestion intgrale de projets complexes. Il garantit le respect des dlais, des budgets et des exigences client, tout en tant le point de contact principal entre les parties prenantes internes et externes. Il pilote et motive l'quipe projet pour assurer la livraison de rsultats de haute qualit.

Responsabilits

  • Planifier, coordonner et assurer la gestion complte des projets, en respectant dlais, budgets et objectifs.
  • Collaborer troitement avec les quipes techniques, les clients et les partenaires pour garantir la russite et la qualit des livrables.
  • Superviser la gestion des risques et trouver des solutions adaptes aux dfis rencontrs.
  • Participer l'amlioration continue des processus et pratiques de gestion de projet.
  • Communiquer rgulirement l'avancement et les rsultats aux parties prenantes.

Profil recherch

  • Diplme universitaire (BAC) en gestion de projet, informatique ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum 10 ans d'exprience en gestion de projets complexes dans le secteur des technologies et des logiciels.
  • Exprience confirme dans la gestion de projets en mode Cascade et Agile.
  • Excellente communication en franais; anglais professionnel apprci.
  • Esprit d'quipe, leadership, autonomie et sens client.
