A company is looking for an Operations Manager - Personal Shopping / Clienteling.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and drive performance for the personal shopping team
Manage, coach, and develop team members to foster a high-performing culture
Design and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and meet key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or retail sales
2+ years of experience in people management
Experience in visual merchandising, styling, or personal shopping is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred
Proven ability to lead teams through change and navigate complexities of launching new programs
