Job summary

Under general supervision of the Branch Manager the Loan Processor is responsible for preparing mortgage documents for loan approval advising mortgage lenders of needed documents according to established regulations and procedures and working with the title / escrow company towards closing of loan file.

Compensation Disclosure

This is a non-exempt hourly position. The pay range for this role is $25.00 to $35.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Overtime is paid in accordance with California state and federal labor laws. Additional compensation such as bonuses or incentive pay may be available based on performance and business needs.

At-Will Employment

This position is classified as at-will employment in accordance with California law. Employment may be terminated by either the employer or employee at any time with or without cause or notice subject to applicable law.

Work Location

This position is primarily based in our office located at 1641 Lincoln Street Kingsburg Ca. Regular in-office attendance is required during standard business hours.
